ROCK SALT & WINTER GRIT
It’s that time of year again folks!
Almost all of us are preparing for the seasonal festivities and the almost guaranteed cold snap in the New Year.
All too often, especially in Scotland, the ice and snow descends upon us with very little prior warning, leaving us snowed in and cars stranded.
So why not make sure that you’re fully prepared for the worst this year?
At each of our Border Aggregates depots, we have tonnes of brown and white rock salt and winter grit available, for delivery either in medium bags, bulk bags or supplied loose.
Our brown rock salt is graded at 6mm down and is perfect for roads, yards & car parks.
Our white rock salt is a much finer, almost colourless product. The perfect anti-slip solution for footpaths and entrances to homes, hotels and places of work where a cleaner result is required.
Both brown rock salt & white marine salt conform to BS 3247.
